Available from app version 1.2.14 onwards.** Your panel downloads app updates over WiFi. From app version 1.2.14 onwards, you connect it directly in the settings without leaving the REVOTION interface. This guide shows you how using the "Camper-WiFi" network as an example. **Do you have an older version?** If your settings don't have a "WiFi" tile, your panel is running app version 1.2.13 or older. You'll find the version in the side menu under "Settings" in the "App Update" section. - A WiFi network in range: home WiFi, campground WiFi, or your smartphone's hotspot. - The password for that WiFi network. ## Step 1: Open settings Open the side menu by tapping the three lines at the top left. The first tile is called **WiFi**. It shows what the panel is currently connected to: the network name, "Not connected", or "Off". Enter your WiFi password. Pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters. The keyboard covers the "Connect" button. Tap the **checkmark** at the bottom right to close the keyboard. For a network without a password, you can skip this step and the next one. Tap **Save**. Only then does the panel connect. The confirmation comes from Android, not from the REVOTION interface. After a few seconds, the **WiFi** tile shows the name of your network. The WiFi symbol appears in the status bar at the top right. The panel remembers the network and will connect to it automatically in the future. The message "Connected to …" appears once Android has saved the network, even with a wrong password. Tap the tile again, select your network, and enter the password once more. - **Your network is missing from the list:** Tap **Search again**. If that doesn't help, move closer to the router or open a hotspot with your smartphone. - **Your iPhone's hotspot doesn't appear:** On your iPhone, enable "Maximize Compatibility" under "Personal Hotspot". - **"Cancelled — the network was not saved.":** You tapped "Cancel" in the Android confirmation. Select the network again and tap **Save**. - **"Android needs location access to search for networks.":** Tap **Open system settings**. You'll land in Android's WiFi settings where you can select your network as described in the guide for older versions. - **Switch networks:** Tap the tile and select a different network.
