With supported Dometic FreshJet air conditioning units, the NODE Connect sits directly in the air conditioning unit. To do this, remove the panel with the display and insert the NODE Connect at the designated connection point.

The existing 12 V power supply of the air conditioning unit must also be connected to the NODE Connect. The 12 V line is routed to the NODE Connect on site for this purpose. An additional line from the vehicle interior to the air conditioning unit is normally not necessary.

Then plug the small connector of the adapter cable into the designated connection of the air conditioning unit. It establishes the data connection. The BRAIN connects wirelessly to the NODE Connect.

Important: The respective air conditioning unit must be officially supported by REVOTION. Approval of the Dometic FJZ series is still pending.
